How it works

Weeks 1-2: Discovery & Mapping

We document your company's core workflows from strategy through execution. This means zooming into team-level processes for each function, mapping "who does what, when, with which tools," and identifying manual, repetitive, or bottleneck tasks. This creates a shared understanding of how work actually flows through your organization.

Weeks 3-4: Analysis & Prioritization

We rate every process by automation potential and categorize opportunities into three phases: Phase 1 (no-code solutions you can deploy now), Phase 2 (requires IT integration and APIs), and Phase 3 (future capabilities). We create an impact vs. effort matrix and document exactly what IT requirements and system integrations each opportunity needs.

Weeks 5-6: Capability Building

Through hands-on workshops, we build 1-2 working AI agents together as proof-of-concept. We apply Conway's Capability Ladder framework to every role in your organization, defining what your hybrid workforce of humans plus agents will look like. We establish clear governance and ownership structures so everyone knows who's responsible for what.

Weeks 7-8: Roadmap & Handoff

We calculate ROI and resource requirements for each automation opportunity. You receive a 12-month roadmap with clear implementation phases, documentation of how roles will evolve, team impact assessments, and a detailed plan for Phase 2 execution if you choose to proceed with us.

Program fee: €10k to €25k (based on business complexity)

This includes intensive workshop days with your leadership team, pre-work including document review and stakeholder interviews, Conway_OS framework application with expert facilitation, all deliverables and comprehensive documentation, and post-bootcamp debrief session.

Your team's commitment: ~40 hours total (one intensive week)

This means active participation in all workshop sessions, pre-work assignments and data gathering, stakeholder interviews and validation sessions, and co-creating outputs and strategic decisions.
