Before you can sustainably scale, you need to understand how growth actually works in your business. Our bootcamp answers the essential questions: Which of the 4 growth drivers offers your biggest opportunity? Where are you losing customers in the journey? What do your unit economics reveal about profitable growth? Which tactics will work for your specific business model? How do your systems, data, and team structure enable or block growth?

How this works

Step 1: Growth Diagnosis & Winners' Blueprint Assessment

We establish your commercial ambition and current growth challenges, then assess your business across the Winners' Blueprint; 10 characteristics that predict long-term success. We map your position across 4 growth paths and identify which growth drivers offer highest leverage. By the end, you'll know specifically where you're strong versus weak and what that means for your growth potential.

Step 2: Conway_OS: Foundational assessment

We audit your readiness across technology and data, process and operating model, team and capabilities, and metrics and measurement. We identify where integration gaps block execution, who owns what in your organization, skill gaps by role, and whether you have the data to measure what matters. By the end, you'll understand what needs to be fixed organizationally before tactics can succeed.

Step 3: Deep-dive: Understand your growth drivers

We analyze your performance across all 4 drivers. For Sustainable Traffic, we audit customer acquisition channels and calculate true CAC. For Seamless Conversion, we map customer journeys and identify friction points. For Repeatable Retention, we analyze cohort behavior and LTV potential. For Streamlined Operations, we document workflows and automation opportunities. By the end, you'll know which driver offers your highest-leverage opportunity and why.

Step 4: Growth backlog: Tactics with prioritisation

We map your current tactics across the AAARRR funnel (Awareness → Acquisition → Activation → Revenue → Retention → Referral), identify gaps, and prioritize opportunities using an impact versus effort matrix. We categorize initiatives into quick wins (0-3 months), foundation builds (3-9 months), and strategic bets (9-24 months), then calculate resource requirements and expected impact. By the end, you'll have the 10+ growth tactics you should pursue, sequenced with clear reasoning.

Day 5: Strategic plan with execution Blueprint

We synthesize everything into a 12-month roadmap with quarter-by-quarter milestones, resource allocation by initiative, metrics framework and organizational implications including team structure recommendations, and a detailed 30-day action plan. By week the end, you'll have exactly what you're doing for the next 12 months, how you're measuring it, and who's responsible.

This includes intensive workshop days with your leadership team, pre-work including document review and stakeholder interviews, Conway_OS framework application with expert facilitation, all deliverables and comprehensive documentation, and post-bootcamp debrief session.

Your team's commitment: ~40 hours total (one intensive week)

This means active participation in all workshop sessions, pre-work assignments and data gathering, stakeholder interviews and validation sessions, and co-creating outputs and strategic decisions.
